Sarkari Adda 24x7 is a free government-jobs information portal. Reading vacancies, admit cards, results, answer keys, scholarships, and schemes does not require payment.

Paid plans are optional. They add email Smart Alerts and an ad-free reading mode. Plans are one-time purchases. They do not auto-renew.

This file is the public machine-readable price list. Amounts below match the live Plan records served by `/api/payment/plans`. Checkout always charges the server-side Plan price, never a client-supplied amount.

### What paid plans include

- WhatsApp 1-on-1 personal coaching or private tutoring
- Recurring monthly billing or silent card charges
- A Lifetime Career Pass or lifetime unlock (that product is not sold)
- Paid developer API keys, Kafka feeds, or enterprise SLA contracts
- Guaranteed government job selection

## 2. Public API (always free)

There is no paid API product and no API-key checkout.

## 3. Billing facts

1. Amounts are taken from the Mongo `Plan` document for the selected `planId`.
2. Optional coupons are validated server-side against that Plan price.
3. Razorpay is the payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
4. After a successful verified payment, `isPremium` is set and `subscriptionExpiry` is extended by `durationMonths`.
5. When the expiry date passes, the account returns to the free tier.

## 4. Refunds

Refunds are email-only. There is no self-serve refund API.

- Request within **7 days** of the successful Razorpay payment
- Email **payments@sarkariadda24x7.com** or **support@sarkariadda24x7.com**
- Include the registered account email and Razorpay / order id
- Approved refunds are credited in 3–5 business days
- After 7 days, payments are not refunded
- Access continues until `subscriptionExpiry` unless the purchase is reversed

## 7. Honest product notes

Older drafts of this file advertised a Lifetime Career Pass, monthly recurring billing, paid API keys at ₹1,499, Kafka replicas, and a 99.9% SLA. Those products are not sold. This revision replaces them with the live checkout prices and the free public API quota.
